```Duties```
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Process customer payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with event planning and catering services as needed

```Skills```
- Food handling: Knowledge of safe food handling practices to ensure customer safety
- Hospitality: Ability to provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Cash handling: Proficiency in handling cash transactions and operating a cash register or POS system
- Restaurant experience: Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting preferred
- Aloha POS: Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Basic math: Strong mathematical skills for accurately calculating bills, making change, and managing inventory
- Food safety: Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to maintain cleanliness in the bar area
- Catering: Experience in catering services is beneficial for assisting with event planning
